3. Legal basis (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)

  • Legitimate interest — keeping people safe on site and maintaining an accurate roll-call
  • Legal obligation — health-and-safety and fire-safety duties on the site operator
  • Contractual necessity — providing accounts and access to authorised users

4. Retention

Records are retained only for as long as required for fire-safety compliance, audit and operational purposes, and are then deleted. Personal data is never used for marketing or profiling, and is never sold or shared with third parties.

SIMPLionEX uses only essential cookies for secure login sessions, role permissions, and navigation. No analytics or tracking cookies are used.
